Ingredients:
- Chicken breast – 600 grams
- Olive oil – 15 milliliters
- Garlic – 1 teaspoon
- Salt – 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper – 1/2 teaspoon
- Chicken stock – 300 milliliters
- Soy sauce – 1 tablespoon
- Fish sauce – 1 teaspoon
- Sriracha sauce – 1 tablespoon
- Hoisin sauce – 1 tablespoon
- Oil – 1 tablespoon
- Oil – 1 tablespoon
- Garlic – 1 tablespoon
- Ginger – 1 tablespoon
- Onions – 110 grams
- Bell pepper – 200 grams
- Broccoli – 130 grams
- Noodles – 200 grams
- Water – 300 milliliters
- Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper – 1/4 teaspoon
- Boiled eggs
- Spring onions – for garnishing
Preparation Steps:
- Step 1 – In a mixing bowl, add 600 grams chicken breast, 15 milliliters olive oil, 1 teaspoon garlic, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper and mix it well.
- Step 2 – Marinate for 1 hour.
- Step 3 – In a bowl, add 300 milliliters chicken stock, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon fish sauce, 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce, 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce and mix it well.
- Step 4 – Keep aside.
- Step 5 – Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan, add the marinated chicken in it.
- Step 6 – Cook until it turns dark brown in color from all sides or the chicken is fully cooked.
- Step 7 – Remove it from heat and cut it into pieces.
- Step 8 – Keep aside.
- Step 9 – Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a heavy skillet, add 1 tablespoon garlic, 1 tablespoon ginger and stir well.
- Step 10 – Then, add 110 grams onions and fry till translucent or until it turns golden brown in color.
- Step 11 – Now, add 200 grams bell pepper and mix it well.
- Step 12 – Add 130 grams broccoli and mix it well.
- Step 13 – Cook for 8 – 10 minutes on medium heat.
- Step 14 – Then, add the cooked chicken and mix it well.
- Step 15 – Now, add the prepared mixture and mix it well.
- Step 16 – Add 200 grams noodles, 300 milliliters water and mix it again.
- Step 17 – Bring it to a boil.
- Step 18 – Add 1/2 teaspoons alt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and mix it well.
- Step 19 – Cook for 8 – 10 minutes on medium heat.
- Step 20 – Add the cooked noodles in a serving dish.
- Step 21 – Add grilled chicken and boiled eggs on it.
- Step 22 – Garnish with spring onions.
- Step 23 – Serve.
